HOW TO PREPARE

Fasting

No food or drink (except plain water) for 8–10 hours before your appointment

Alcohol

Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours prior

Documents

Bring your valid passport and three (3) recent 4×6 cm photos with a white background

Vision Test

Bring your glasses or contact lens case (lenses must be removed during testing)

Women

Schedule your check-up at least 5–7 days after your menstrual period for accurate urine analysis

Medical History

Bring previous reports if you have a chronic illness or ongoing condition

Clothing

Wear a comfortable two-piece outfit; gowns will be provided as needed
